I completely understand that life can be unpredictable—and I always appreciate clear and respectful communication. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with as much notice as possible.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of our scheduled date will incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours or less, the full balance will be due.
No-call/no-shows will result in a permanent ban from future bookings.
